I believe they said IPO was closed, so no. But they will be available for trade sometime shortly after launch on cryptorush from what I understand.

They shouldn't reopen the IPO.

Agreed! The dev has other things to do now. Reopen the IPO for only a few hours is pointless and would need attention and time from the dev.
Better focus on a smooth relaunch.
