That seems to play to their target audience of scammers needing to launder stolen funds which maybe is why it works so well and they're paid so handsomely for it.
Yes, money laundering is a crime, but ChipMixer also provides privacy. If you put money laundering above privacy, you can make an accusation and see if it gets recognized. I highly doubt libertarian Bitcoiners will agree as it goes against free speech, free markets and freedom of choice.
