I do not understand why you justify them? They do not fulfill their obligations. The site says that everything is tracked through your personal account. Currently there status has not been sent. Halter trust comment from the same user as I have no. Bitman himself did not give their comments. Outputting nobody do nothing to me sent.
People "justify them" because if you read back through this thread all 4000 entries of it, 90% of it is people complaining about the fact that the web page hasn't updated and they haven't had tracking numbers, everyone telling them that its normal, that thats how Bitmain rolls, then a few days later they post that they recieved their miners and they are sorry they got in a strop and threw their toys out of the pram and that they should have listened to everyone else.
Its understandable to be anxious. Its just par for the course, and there are thousands of people who have purchased many thousands of miners between them that are experienced in the process.
There are only a handful of situations where people didn't get what they wanted, just send polite emails to
info@bitmaintech.com and use words like please, thank you, order number, blockchain tracking link, maybe a copy of your order confirmation etc. They do respond sometimes, sometimes they just update the site instead and get on with boxing up and shipping miners.
