To be clear, where in the Terms and conditions of 1xbit is stated that a user can't have more than one account? 1xbit is a anonymous bookie, how can they say that a person has multiple accounts? Maybe the person is using a VPN and other users are on the same IP?
In my eyes this isn't a proper reason to suspend the players account.
I guess the user knew that he violated the rules and the issue was only for a refund of deposit. Support replied that the deposit would not be refunded because its equivalent had been withdrawn from his other accounts.
