Thank you Bitmaxz, ive testes those capacitors or whatever they are and there a direct short, as are all the other ones, even at the 2000k settings.
Ive reached out to a lot of people but no one seems to be able to repair, any advice on to who would be able to take this on?
Actually, it's basic you don't need a BGA hotair for this just remove it with soldering iron one by one and test with multimeter to find which caps are shorted and put the other non-short caps back to the board.
But before you put caps back make sure to clean all burn paths with lacquer flo thinner or petrol and test the line of those ASIC chips if they have both connections just follow the burn paths if there is no connection then you will need to make a jumper just follow the path.
