Good call on the Nunes Pena fight. I don't think too many people saw that coming. After taking down Cyborg with her strikes I didn't think any woman out there could stand in the ring with Nunes. Julianna was a monster though. Trading blows and eventually wearing Nunes down to get the win on a submission. I don't know if Nunes is already starting to see a falloff in ability, or if she was just not training hard enough for this fight, but she seemed obviously winded towards the end. She'll have something to prove in the next fight. I hope this was a fluke.
I think most (also the bookies) thought it would be an easy win for Nunes but Pena surprised us all. Wasn't the best UFC night for betting for me as I also thought that Poirier would have won against Oliveira. Too bad, would have loved to receive some triple winnings
