About these purple "no trespassing" markings, can't this be used by someone to get away with murder? You drag someone inside the fence, you shoot him dead, and then claim he was trespassing and did not respond to verbal warnings and warning shots. How would the authorities in the relevant USA territories deal with this?
In contrast to the above, in many (most?) countries in the world, you will be put to prison if you shoot a burglar when he is inside your house, even if you legally carry a weapon. Even more surprising is the fact that, in the UK, police officers are not normally allowed to carry firearms (IIRC -- UK WOers, please confirm if that's the case).
I think somebody posted that this doesn't give you the right to shoot the intruder but you are allowed to use force to hold him and hand him over to LE.
In our country it's much worse, you may not touch the guy that is standing beside your bed with your money in his hands when you wake up. People here are joking that best you can do is offering him a sandwich and a coffee while he awaits with you the arrival of LE. Though they sometimes have unfortunate accidents on stairs while they wait with you for the coppers...
My doc once told me to use 50-100cm of very thick electric cables (like the ones that run into a house) instead of a baseball hat. He said the bat slips down the bone and doesn't crack it, while the installation cable winds around bones and makes sure they crack nicely (also seems to hurt a bit more). Trusting my doc on this and got myself some fat cables from my electrician friend
