I like you BitQuick and you know it but..

Apart from the fact that you are not a standard exchange where customer can store funds and trade them realtime (as far as I understand it), your proof does not seem to be optimal to me. Solvency proof has too parts to it: 1. Prove that you in control of some amount of bitcoins. 2. Prove that sum of users bitcoin liabilities are smaller or equal than that. I don't see either of that.

I've also been contacted by bitalo.com (even before bitquick), they are using multisig and (based on the description) they are doing it right, so that you have full control of your bitcoins and no solvency proof is necessary. I like that very much, but again, that's more like a marketplace. It's something very good and it has its place, but it's not an exchange in a classical meaning.

I just got info from kraken and I need to take a detailed look since I just woke up, but it's possible that's what I've been asking for.

Regarding other posts, sorry for no answers lately, I'll post them soon-ish
