Ethereum is the only longterm hold I would suggest. Bitcoin is obvious too. Other than that, I wouldn't have any other long term holds in my portfolio. I would wait it out and see which ones are gonna make it out. A few obvious ones like BNB, and Solana probably will but how many others?
For Ethereum and Binance coins it will be clearer to increase again when Bitcoin starts to recover within a certain period of time because the two coins are still very often following the flow of Bitcoin movements as well as several other coins such as Matic, Cardano, Solana and others.
There is no doubt that ethereum and BNB are the most viable and safe coins for long-term investments, I believe as long as cryptocurrencies exist then these 2 coins will continue to exist, the number of platforms that use ethereum and BNB makes these 2 coins will continue to increase in price.
