"Haven't" can mean they will ask KYC in the future, especially if their site can grow fast by getting many members to join their site. Betting with a big-money has a big risk that we should accept and many gamblers do not ready with that. Indeed. It is highly probable that they would ask KYC because if you have seen what I have quoted there from their TOS, collection of personal information was mentioned. I only shared this to justify that it’s among the reasons why this casino is not yet visited by the many, including myself.

Nothing about withdrawals from old members can mean that no one even tried to deposit their money and this is a good news. And about success withdrawal speaking one more new registered account without any proves.
