I don't think so: images are excluded from plagiarism bans. So it's a loophole.It looks like the Little Mouse doesn't mind:

Since images are excluded from plagiarism, this means that one person can copy the whole text and make it an image of that with a background color and text on top of it and thus avoid plagiarism ?
