X-Cash CPOPS Testnet launch
We will run an 'open testnet' where anyone can run a server.
The requirement is to be elected into the top 50 to produce blocks: just like the mainnet.
Schedule:
- Part 1: Snapshot at block 880000
- Part 2: Voting opens on December 20th
- Part 3: Testnet starts on January 8th
45 servers from the community are needed to participate.
The top delegate/server of each of the three categories (top producer, top verifier, & top ratio)
at the end of each month (last block of the month) will be awarded 1 million XCASH!
