Not everyone only few people use 2fa especially when website/company force us to do this. strong password is enough for securing our account
That is terrible advice. If your email is hacked as has happened in the past with database leaks that are no fault of your own someone can simply reset your password and authorise their login from your email account. We don't force anyone to use 2fa we simply put a message advising anyone with a significant balance to use it.
