Improved the stability and speed of the --lhr-unlock 5. Improved --dagintensity more stable on higher clocks. 6. Try to remove more rejected shares on the hiveon pool (again) 7. Fixed bug in the LHR detector 8. Fixed Hang if selecting a non existing cuda device
