There is something important at this point before discussing this topic. Luuk De Jong is not Barcelona's player completely. He is just on loan at Barcelona.
He is going to be coming back to Sevilla next June. And it was the first call for Barcelona to sign him. He played in so many games at Barcelona so far and his performance was just terrible.
