It is not just BTCitcoin, the entire market went to new all time high and some of the coins went to zero, it is just a bug as they announced and i think it has affected some wallets that were connected to CMC and i think some of the swaps were affected with the bug. Not heard if anyone lost any serious amount due to this, but i have seen a few scammers popping up asking you to help rectify the issue.
