I think you can try ETH, BNB, CARDANO,  MATIC, BITCOIN. Most of them is suitable for long term investment.

In downturn like this, it's hard to find a good coin. so i suggest you to find only coins with good fundamental. Some of them have their own platform like bnb, and eth. I do believe that it is the best time to collect as much as we can.
