Last year Harry Kane as priority by Manchester City and he begin in this season with bad performance, not any contribution for his team and scored one goal only. I think Manchester City will not interested again with Harry Kane because he not has top performance like last season where become top scorer and created many goal. Bad decision by Tottenham Hotspur when Harry Kane has good performance not selling and now situation have change.
that's right, it's a loss for spurs not to selling him when in good form because holding kane longer isn't good if mentally frustrated at spurs.
harry kane's contribution this season has fallen far if spurs intend to sell kane now i think the price is much lower than last year.
And seeing Haaland's performance, it's not surprising that City has turned its attention and changed its buying priorities, unless kane and spurs are willing to sell at a low price.
Many club made the same mistake like Spur not for sell their player on top performance, maybe if try sell on January when window transfer open Manchester City will not ask with the same value last window transfer, they will pay under 50% and better for them get Haaland still young age than Harry Kane, big mistake and always have many club not selling their player when have top performance.

It is never good to force a player to stay at a club that he don't wants to be at anymore because it has several negative aspects. First of all the player is probably not happy at all and for a good performance on the pitch a players needs to have a positive attitude, confidence and a focus on the game. Secondly the relationship to the fans is probably destroyed or at least harmed, i don't follow the english premier league that closely but i could imagine that Kane is not cheered on that much as he was before that drama. And another point is that the club, Tottenham, probably won't get as much money now for Kane as they would have get back in the summer.
