Now that ExchB died - I am also looking for the same thing. I can't deal with the 5 day lag on the trade sites. i'm at this point as well.. I pay all my bills through paypal and make a living doing web work. so i'm not on here to "play around" or scam anybody! I do have a lot in my pp account right now which I'm willing to transfer for bitcoins whenever.

Same problem here, I do freelance work online among other ventures and most of my cash goes into my Paypal, it is proving hard to find someone who will trade with me since I'm new, even on the OTC channel.
