So a geek can make a script to vote via millions of addresses and get the crypto to whatever direction he wants.
uhhh, you have to be mining to vote.
That's also a part why I CPU mine even though it's not so profitable. To make my 25K HVC more valuable by voting for a block reward of 1 HVC.
You have to find a block so that your vote actually counts. So...
