When it comes to issues about Bitcoin helping, or Bitcoin saving a community I don't like to blow it out of proportion. Regardless your story about that community it touching and unique, but also I commend that establishment for employing or wanting to employ those workers, but if they were a poultry farmers and did the same employment thing would you be so excited to say poultry is saving that community? I think we are not harnessing Bitcoin potentials if we continue seeing it as the grand healer of the world.
Many countries are actually benefiting from crypto, perhaps in fairness it is helping the poor and economically unstable countries. Some countries are subject to the US embargo which makes it difficult for their economies to develop and bitcoin is a useful tool and solution to help them sustain their lives. Earlier this year, when I saw El Salvador accept crypto, I see that they are really taking advantage of the good opportunity for the country to be able to capitalize on the wave of bitcoin.
