CMC is hacked ?
Yes, they confirmed that they got hacked again and from what I read on Twitter this recent hack also lead to the leak of email addresses of their users which is bad for the top crypto price tracking site to experience the same issue twice in a year.
They got hacked again? Didn’t they got hacked just a few months ago? If this is true then there is a serious problem with the security of CMC, after all we all know that hackers have all the time in the world and they can dedicate monts or even years to a single hack.
However if CMC can be hacked so often it means they have not really improved their security since the last hack, so people need to begin to use throwaway emails to register there if they do not want to receive emails asking them for money or links to all kind of scams.
Yes, they got hacked again, and is either their security is not secure as we believe, or is just a role of human errors that lead to the attack. Recently, there's a lot of unbelievable happening to every platform owned by Binance, today a forum user makes a BTC withdrawal to the current network and Binance sent the transaction to the wrong network.
I think they need to be careful or they are going to lose their credibility.
