There’s nothing wrong to believe on something, I see this as a normal belief of people on everything and we can use that on any thing especially if you think you are that lucky if you do that before doing anything. I have many belief, like washing hands before trading so I can have a good luck and remove all the negative vibes in me, also I trade on my favorite time of the day which is night since I know during this time, the market is good.
