I am so sad and worried my money still locked. Really dont understand this how they can lock my money... they can block winning but i dont understand how blocking deposit money ?

My case:
Please help me to back my funds on 1xbit my account. i am so scared about this because yesterday they blocked my account. livechat told me to write on security@1x-bit.com so they will fix this. i write there and after 10 hours they back to me that my account is violation of the Terms and Conditions, but i didnt violated nothing just make first time account there and deposit money to bet, I bet on many games but after some time they log me out and when try to login it said incorrect username and password, but I write correct username and password where i used it before. this is no reason why they block my account with a lot of money inside and hope someone here can help me this to fix because this is missunderstanding and I saw so many posts like mine and i am so sad about this because that money are very important for me and they dont want to replay on emails anymore.
