In my opinion, they stopped responding here, because this is not the official way that support should respond to. Spammers and cheaters took advantage of the fact that marketing team wanted to help here.

I send emails, livechat on the website write here on bitcoin manager. And do you know what? NOTHING received. even email.
Then I wrote in the email from security 1xbit why my account is blocked.
I sent 10 emails, with pictures with evidence but THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED!
my account is still locked from 5 September 2021. I dont know how to recover my account but I tried everything (emails, livechat), so many times
