AFAIK, 1000x keno is very rare as you can check on the lucky winners below each game, the time difference telling us how hard to hit 1kx. 9 tiles keno is my favourite btw, 600x doesn't cover my loss in most cases

I always play with limit.
For example, if I bet $0.10, I put everything but $5 in the vault and try my luck. If I get over 10$, I put 5$ in the vault back again.
If the 5$ are gone I switch to plinko or scarab spin on 3 lines.
But also just for pure fun and not with the intention to close with profit. I look at it more like a computer game...
