Dortmund will not win the title. Despite playing well at the start of the season, their performance has been erratic since Haaland suffered an injury. Although Haaland is in the team now, I don't see much improvement in their performance. Dortmund's main opponent for the title is Bayern Munich. Performance must be stable if you want to beat Bayern Munich to win the title.
Well, the pressure really sometimes will eat through people and we can not blame Dortmund for having such things, they are surely pressured by the thought that they are 2nd in the standings, the last season that an Erling Halaand could play for the club, people pressuring them to pursue even more heights and I think the holiday season break is sure a plenty time for all teams to have a strategy come up the next matches will be on January 8 and I think this is a long break well, 2 week is pretty decent to settle down and train a little and think of the mistakes they did.
Dortmund can't fire up the competition for the title and this is making things much easier for Bayern Munich. They are already nine points ahead of Dortmund now. Of course, we have nearly left the half of the season now. And Dortmund still have time to surprise us. But I don't believe in it to happen much. Bayern Munich would be able to win another title at the end and maintain their title streak.
Well, this 2 weeks break is sure long enough for that big surprise that you have mentioned, but as I have said a long break that can initially make any team different, Dortmund sure need to live up to many expectations, that they can make a difference and let Bayern taste the solid defeat,
