Well, those real estate NFTs are good and I think I've seen one in the decentraland. From the name itself of the project, there go the ideals of what the project is involved in.
But honestly, if I want to have virtual real estate, I would go with the actual land which has the same price as is for which I can do whatever I want although there's really a value in virtual estates.
