When the coin does not pump its price in the market, then the right choice is to be patient because the coin will definitely be pumped again after the dump ends or you take advantage of the condition of the coin that is not pumped to buy coins that you think will benefit when conditions return to normal.
This is not true at all, many coins are pumped and dumped and they never recover from the dump, in fact this is by far the most common scenario, it is very uncommon that a coin that dumps ever recovers, the only coins that can do it are the ones that are really strong and have fundamentals to justify their price and existence, things like a use case, good developers and a strong community are needed for this, and as we know the number of altcoins that have all of that is extremely limited.
You're right that really powerful coins capable of that from a large use case, developer and community, like Binance Coin, Ethereum and coins that are in the top 10 and I don't mean all coins.
