Will it pump again? Will it dump? I don't have a clue, but I doubt it stays linear.
Everyone has no clue because both of them are likely to happen.
It can pump any time and could dump at any time too. But we're all hopeful that by 2022, things are going to be better but there's also the worry that 2018 could be the same as 2022.
