I am an active using STAKE.COM site and using sport betting as gambling way, last week my account suddenly banned after success winning sport betting and now I have 2.3k doge in my wallet but my account have been banned. I try to chat support online but their reason my account banned because fraud with bonus, I never joining any bonus program and only active with gambling on sport side, how come 2,3k doge coin received from bonus, here my fund and my account still banned until right now
Have you any alt account which have been used to collect bonus? Or have you received any dollar from other user via transfer? If any of these yes, then there is a valid reason. But if not, then I do not think there is a valid reason. And if so, you should create a scam accusation with details of your proof of transaction history as well as chat history. And lock this thread.So far your case is good because your account was banned after getting your bonus, and you say you only have one account, that is not right, but we also need the Stake.com part of the story to be fair so we can cast judgment if what they did was wrong or right if they told you that your account is committing fraud, they have a proof to back it up so I'm sure they will respond to this thread to end speculation why your account was ban.
