Perhaps you should mention the sites you could not access so we can help you to check it out if we can access it.
I didn't keep track of those I couldn't check unfortunately. I just skipped them. There is a post by me here somewhere in this thread where I mentioned a few names for casinos I could no longer access. That one should still be accurate. It will look better if you can provide the log of added and removed casino during every update post. Don't forget to include the reason for removing a casino 
No casino was removed from the table. I just made changes to the lists at the bottom of OP which show the sites with the lowest/highest withdrawal fees and lowest/highest withdrawal amounts. Whenever I add or remove a certain casino, I will mention it in a new post in this thread.
