Atalanta wasted a big chance last night. They had the game under control completely. But somehow, Genoa managed to get one point by a 0-0 result. Clumsiness caused Atalanta to lose points again. After having a great period of time in the Serie A, they have started struggling for two weeks. I still believe in them to recover soon. This happens for every team at some point in the end.
It was a lucky day for Genoa as Atlanta had series of wasted attempts more credit should be given to Genoa goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu who secured a point for Genoa as all attempts to breakthrough the keeper went void. Genoa can save the point they got from Atlanta it could save them in future games if they can possibly improve
dunno what happened to atalanta in their last few games.
they seem to be losing momentum at the moment and their form has continued to decline in recent games.
whereas if you look at them they are actually very seeded in the last few games but they always lose momentum.
and this series with bologna is the umpteenth time they have dropped in terms of performance.
I hope they bounce back and can overcome something like this in the next game.
