And that is one of the reasons for us to have withdrawal limits - WE PAY WINNINGS. Decided to do some research about Andrey and all I could find are some random sites on Google which are difficult to trust. Also, the youtube and instagram links that you shared seem legit, but I cannot understand anything since everything is in Russian.
I also find it really weird that op actually lost all of his winnings which implies that your team got really lucky or all of this is fabricated very smartly. Hope it's not the latter case.
