Some exchange tokens, I think they're good for long term but not all of those exchange tokens are good to invest with. I'm talking about BNB, FTX and crypto.com. Those are just the examples of it but that doesn't mean that you should invest in all of them, you still need to make your own research about them.

I don't think so, if they're part of the coins that you're considering. I think it's good to put some amount there.
