Thats not what the case is about, ofcourse everyone can tell me to just delete those emails, sadly I didnt do this and I am easily triggered by such marketing, you cant judge every individual by how the react to something. The problem is that Stake was not allowed to sent promo emails to excluded problem gamblers.

I understand your sentiments, and I can also agree that stake.com has caused to be emotionally injured, as the triggers were mentioned. However, just like what the representative that you talked to in the live chat support said, and many others here in the forum, you really did  have the power to unsubscribe or disregard any of those promotional emails. Again, we are aware that gambling addiction is not a simple case, thus even the slightest of things can trigger and make it worse. But honestly, I don’t think that stake.com will accept paying that fine you were talking about, based on my observation on their response.
Well, if any gambling authority fines Stake.com and they will not follow the procedures this will have consequences.
