Following on from what I mentioned earlier, Real Madrid is almost 10 points ahead of the second-placed team in La Liga. If the rhythm is maintained, they will arrive at the game with PSG in a comfortable position in the Spanish league, being able to dedicate everything to this game.
PSG is also making good progress in the French championship, but it has had a less regular performance. It is the French league that is less competitive than the Spanish.
It's really going to be a very interesting game to watch.
This is a very interesting observation, Real Madrid has such an advantage over the other teams on their local tournament that if needed they can rest their starters for a game or two and not being affected at all by it, this is important because as we know football clubs like Real Madrid have the obligation to win any tournament in which they are competing, so they can if necessary sacrifice some of the lead they have in their local tournament to try to have a better chance to win the champions league.
