Pretty sure that's 99% of what YOU found. That doesn't mean that all bookmakers are scammers. It's just that maybe some are rather unsuitable for what you need or well, you guys just don't meet eye to eye, simple as that. I've mostly tried stake and nitrogensports, though seeing as you already name-dropped them I'm guessing they didn't suit the stuff that you need. It might be better OP to list out some of the bookmakers you've tried so that others can easily filter out what you've tried and what they've tried. That, or well, just list out some specific ones you want.
I have the same thoughts as you. Maybe these 99% scam cases being mentioned are based on what OP have searched and seen, which is contrary to what most of us encountered. It cannot be denied that scams are rampant nowadays, but there are still good and reputable sites. I second the idea that OP should list the bookmakers he is talking about, so we could all react and give our inputs regarding those.
Scam for him does not mean scam for other people because they may win by placing their bookmaker in the site that @OP mentions and they do not have any problem until they cash out their win money. Strangely, most of the 99% of bookmakers are a scam because if so, I think he really needs to break and take a long holiday since this moment is good to take a holiday. As long as we do not do something that can break their rule, we will be fine and will not get into any trouble.
