After becoming the 2nd winner of auction on Polkadot, Moonbeam did start its launch process & has entered phase 1.
At the end, balance transfers & the EVM will be enabled & the chain will be governed by token holders.
Moonbeam has begun decentralization & added 24 external collators to its active collators set.
