I found one here https://store.steampowered.com/app/708760/Social_Club_VR__Casino_Nights/, looks pretty good and the review is mostly positive so it might just suit what you want. Seeing as it allows Occulus rift and afaik, Occulus quest should be able to access most (if not all) rift titles, so might want to try that out. On another note, Idk if there are legitimate casinos (or if it's allowed even) but you can try your luck with VR chat. Who knows, there might just be a local group with their own world casino in there.
