Give them some time to deal with the information and the situation. I think the site also has KYC procedures, which can take some time. All you can do is wait patiently. I am confident it will be resolved satisfactorily. OP may also be able to shed some light on this issue. As long as you haven't violated any terms, don't worry to much about it.

It's not about verification or KYC. I wasn't talking about government ID, I was talking bout account ID.
