What can be done is predict, and no one will be able to predict correctly because crypto is very volatile, the most important thing is not only to find out which coins can be 100x or more in 2022 but also buy and hold them for the increase, because only by find out without participating in holding the coin you will get zero.
First coin you mention is very likely hard to up, because just listed in one exchange with low volume trading it's mean not many know that coin.
