So it is either the wrong Site I have searched or it is the Correct Site and an Ample amount of HashRate is required to open it up - as you have suggested.
EitherWay - there is ALWAYS a reason I ask these Questions and ALWAYS a reason why do what I do - especially opening a seemingly 'non-eventful non-viable' Pool System.
I know what is coming - I just don't release it to the Public!

Yes that's the one. They never picked up enough miners by my criteria for opening so I told them to shut it down, but they wanted to hold onto it (in case they did?) so I'm still remotely involved.
