dkbit98 wow bitpay can be self hosted, I'm a huge fan of that, and it supports XRM and LTC which is also pretty awesome!!
Thank you a lot, currently this looks like the best solution.
I never said that Bitpay is self hosted, and I think that some KYC is needed for using that service after some changes happened in last few months, but at least they are still Open Source as far as I know.
When I said about self hosted service I was talking about BTCPayServer, without third parties, without fees, and with some third party integrations for altcoins:
