You are right, Ugas is very slow for Errol Spence. The only reason he is in this fight is because he has the belt and he defeated an old Pacman. No offense to Ugas fans here but he is not in the level of Errol Spence and Terrence Crawford but he should be happy that everything falls in his favor, first being the replacement fighter to fight Manny then defeat Manny where after that the money flows. I reckon that this fight would not last the distance as Ugas has no lateral movement.
I think the same way but at the end of the day he is a champion and that is more than enough for us to be interested in the fight even if we think Spence is the favorite to win it all, besides it is likely that Ugas knew this and instead of trying to face a challenger and then lose his title he decided to go for an unification fight thinking that even if he lost he will obtain more money that way, and if there is a rematch clause on the contract then he can get two title fights and receive even more money that way.
Ugas prove his worth that’s why he gain it by defeating Manny and we have to move on from that and accept the fact that he is a champion. Fighting Spence can be a big fight as well and hopefully, no more reason for Spend to cancel this match or else it can really affect his career. Too early to say buy I believe Ugas have the chance here to win agains Spend if this will push through.
