How do we know that the accounts reported are being actioned by the mods and are temporary/ permanent ban based on the plagiarism reported?

Yes, now i can see he's banned. Also not reporting plagiarism here on this thread but reporting the post by using "Report to Moderator "will also have the same effect?
He probably has a large supply of accounts that were registered in one day.
Usually, you can register two accounts from a single IP address, so how come he registered so many accounts in a single day ? Using VPN wont help because usually, the VPN addresses are already categorized as evil.
