The wager requirements are standard for the last few months, it was $2k per week but now the overall wager has to be over $3k in the last 7 days. The active chatting session and betting at the same time increase the chances of getting rain. Being eligible doesn't mean users will get rain due to increased traffic, more online users, lots of bots, etc.
I don't really understand the requirements for sure this week I collect one ticket means my wager is around $ 1000 or in this month my total wager is $15k

Everybody can get rain from other users. The requirement is only for "rainbot" rains from stake.
Not sure because I had tried it several times rainbot prioritizes users who have wager and active chat. are you active in chat room and have you tried it?
Sometimes even though I have fulfilled the requirements Rainbot ignores me too this is what makes me sure that wager is needed.
