Maybe it's too early to say that they made exit scam. Let's wait few more days. But fact that they closed comments on their tweet don't look good.
0.009 BTC is big money from faucets, it would be so painful to lose it. But probably it's not good idea to keep so much coins on microwallet. Back when I was active on faucets, I requested payment as soon as I reach payment treshold. Though, fees for it weren't that big as now.
Does it seem that this website is an old faucethub or a clone?
I don't know if they can resolve this database issue but I think this is an exit scam attempt just like what happened to faucethub before.

It's one of microwallets which got opened after Faucethub was closed.
And I think you confused Faucethub with some other website because they didn't made exit scam. They announced about closure and gave few months to users to withdraw their coins.
Websites like Epay.info or Faucetsystem.com made exit scam.
