Bitgame is a young casino and you can not require them to spend a same budget for promotion like others that are older and bigger.
They already run a promotion and just finished it, their rewards are on Lut token, they don't have to do massive marketing, all they need to do is manage their campaign here by posting from time to time and addressing issues and complaints but unfortunately, they are not doing it they have forgotten this thread here so people have a bad feedbacks on this casino.
