Well it depends on you, you have several options.
Like create an Offline wallet (cold storage) but make sure you are not connected to internet and PC is also not effected by any Spyware or viruses.
Now you can print out those keys and save it physically now it’s your responsibility how you will save it.
If you don’t want to print it then save it in a USB or CD or multiple USBs or memory cards and secure them in separate locations
Use many secure locations
Single points of failure are bad for security. If your backup is not dependent of a single location, it is less likely that any bad event will prevent you to recover your wallet. You might also want to consider using different medias like USB keys, papers and CDs.
